Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will be notified if there are any delays.

Local Pickup (Free)

Skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at:

77, Industrial Zone, 5th Settlement, New Cairo, Egypt

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be ready within 2 to 6 business days. We will send you an email with pickup instructions when your order is ready.

Pickup Hours: Sunday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Please bring your order confirmation email when you come to pick up.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

وقت معالجة الطلب

تتم معالجة جميع الطلبات خلال 2 إلى 10 أيام عمل (باستثناء عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والإجازات الرسمية) بعد استلام بريد تأكيد الطلب. سيتم إخطارك في حال وجود أي تأخير.

خيارات الشحن وأوقات التسليم

يتم احتساب رسوم الشحن وعرضها عند إتمام عملية الدفع.

الاستلام من المتجر (مجاناً)

تجنب رسوم الشحن مع خيار الاستلام المجاني من المتجر على العنوان:

77، المنطقة الصناعية، التجمع الخامس، القاهرة الجديدة، مصر

بعد تقديم طلبك واختيار الاستلام من المتجر عند الدفع، سيكون طلبك جاهزاً خلال 2 إلى 6 أيام عمل. سنرسل لك بريداً إلكترونياً بتعليمات الاستلام عندما يكون طلبك جاهزاً.

مواعيد الاستلام: الأحد – الخميس، من 9:00 صباحاً حتى 5:00 مساءً
يرجى إحضار بريد تأكيد الطلب معك عند الحضور.

تتبع طلبك

بمجرد شحن طلبك، ستتلقى إشعاراً يتضمن معلومات التتبع حتى تتمكن من متابعة توصيلتك.
